Terms of Service

unspocn is a digital self-assessment tool for couples. It is NOT therapy, counselling, or medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or assess mental health conditions. It is not a substitute for professional help.

You must be at least 14 years old to use unspocn. If you are under 14, you may not use the service.

If you are 14, 15, 16, or 17, you may use unspocn only if all of the following are true:

• A parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Your parent or legal guardian consents to your use of unspocn
• Your parent or legal guardian is aware you are completing a relationship questionnaire and may unlock a paid report with another person

By signing up you confirm you are at least 14 and, if you are under 18, that you have met the conditions above.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Person A creates an account and completes the questionnaire
• Person A invites Person B via a private link
• Person B completes the questionnaire
• A teaser report is shown free to both once both complete
• Full report is unlocked for both upon a single one-time payment of $4.99 USD or ₹449 INR

Payment is one-time per pair, $4.99 USD or ₹449 INR. Payment is processed securely by our payment partner. By completing payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing payment you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any reason.

unspocn is not a mental health service. Nothing in your report constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis helpline.

Your use of unspocn is also governed by our Privacy Policy at unspocn.com/privacy.

All content, design, and code on unspocn is owned by CODEUJJWAL TECHNOLOGIES. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service.

unspocn provides information and insight only. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on your report. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
