• Your name and email address when you sign up
• Your answers to the relationship questionnaire
• Your partner's answers once they complete theirs
• Payment information (processed by our payment partner — we never store card details)
• Basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken)

• To generate your alignment report
• To send you transactional emails (invite, reminders, report delivery)
• To process your payment
• To improve the product

Your questionnaire answers are private. They are not visible to your partner until BOTH of you have completed the questionnaire. After both complete, answers are used solely to generate your shared report. We do not sell, share, or publish your answers to any third party.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Payment records (amount, date, transaction ID) are stored for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and all data
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights email: hello@unspocn.com. We will respond within 7 working days.

To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@unspocn.com with subject line "Delete My Account". We will permanently delete all your data within 7 working days.

We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use the following services:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• OpenRouter (AI report generation — answers are sent to generate your report and not stored by OpenRouter)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Payment gateway (payment processing)

unspocn is not intended for anyone under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.

If you are between 14 and 17, we expect that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed this policy and consented to your use of unspocn, including any payment made to unlock a full report.

If you believe we have collected data from someone under 14, email hello@unspocn.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
